Future Event

 Local TimeZone? Should I leave it as-is? In most cases yes!
Some events take place at a given moment, thus at different hours around the globe (ex.: a football match , or your party , need the Local TZ set to YES).
Other events are celebrated at a fixed hour, regardless of the timezone so set the Local TZ to NO (ex.: the coutdown until the next New Year  should not use the Local TZ).
